Celebrate love and self-care with a Valentine's Yoga class. This class is for you whether you're coming with your partner, friends, or flying solo. Let's connect, move, find peace and have fun together. Partner yoga combines yoga and deep stretch into a powerful partner practice. Its emphasis on verbal and non-verbal communication builds trust, strengthens relationships, and awakens the playful child in all of us.
After yoga warm-ups and poses on your own mat, you will practice leaning into and supporting your partner. Each partner will have the opportunity to give and receive in this feel-good class. You may be surprised by how much deeper you can sink into stretches and release tension with your partner's help.
For all levels of students; no previous experience needed.
Not for couples only - feel free to bring your BFF or come by yourself and make a new friend!
Please provide your own mat and yoga props.
