Income must be 3 times the base rent
If you own a house
Recent mortgage holder statement from the bank (currently owned house)
Copy of the (draft) deed of sale (in case of sale)
Annual statement of the mortgage(in case of sale)
Length of stay
Students (up to and including 27 on move-in date) = min 1 year, max 5 years
