SERVICE CHARGES

Additional monthly service charges for an extra occupant: €41.76

* Service charges for all short stay apartments include flooring & wall coverings. Service Desk, Parcel Lockers, Fitness and access to communal areas such as the Lounges, Social Spaces, Cinema Room, Flexible Study/WorkSpaces and Music Room. 

Also includes contributions for heating, electricity, water, and high-speed internet in your apartment. Also included are contributions for shared services and facilities such as Security, cleaning common areas, utilities of common areas, Wi-Fi in the common areas, glass insurance, preventive maintenance, maintenance outside areas and administration costs. All these costs are charged monthly and will be settled each year based on the actual incurred costs.

Service Costs include advance contributions for electricity, water, and high-speed internet in your apartment. Also included are advance contributions for shared services and facilities such as security, cleaning common areas, utilities of common areas, Wi-Fi in the common areas, glass insurance, preventive maintenance, maintenance outside areas and administration costs. All these costs are charged as a monthly advance and will be settled each year based on the actual incurred costs. Please note that the Recoverable Service Costs exclude advances for individual apartment heating. Tenants will need to contract city heating individually with provider Eneco upon move-in (future residents will be informed of this procedure).

Finishing for all apartments includes flooring & wall coverings. Specific finishing charge amount varies by apartment size, the actual amount will be specified in the rental contract.

Services include Service Desk, Parcel Lockers, Fitness and access to communal areas such as the Lounges, Social Spaces, Cinema Room, Flexible Study/WorkSpaces and Music Room. These costs are not subject to settlement.

One-time fees:

• Application fee: €100
  At the beginning of the application process you will be charged an application fee. You have to provide us with the correct documents for us to assess your application. If you meet the tenant requirements, have provided all forms, and signed the rental contract, we will refund this application fee by deducting it from the first month's rent. If you do not meet the qualification criteria, or later in the process you decide to cancel your application, we will not refund the application fee.
