Contract Types
Young Professional Contract (1-5 year stay)
Students:
Students are only eligible to rent a Superior Studio (maximum occupancy: 1 person) if they can provide a qualified guarantor.
Guarantor Requirements:
- Be a citizen of an EU member state, the United Kingdom, or Norway.
- Be at least 21 years old
- Have a gross monthly income of at least four (4) times the base monthly rent.
- If the guarantor is the student's parent; both parents must sign the guarantor agreement.
Required Documents for the Guarantor:
- Copy of a valid passport (A residence permit alone is not sufficient)
- Full-time employment contract
- Minimum contract duration of 12 months
- The guarantor must not be within their probationary period
- Three (3) most recent payslips
- Proof of residential address
- An official proof of residence or population registration issued by the relevant local authority in the guarantor's country of residence.
- Guatantor's e-mail address and mobile phone number
*The above documents will be used to verify the guarantor's identity, residence, employment status and financial eligibility.
Young Professionals:
Age requirement
- 18-27 (inclusive)
Income requirement :
- Your net monthly salary/income (after taxes) must be at least twice the base rent amount.
What documents do I need to provide? (Young Professionals)
if you are employed:•
- Employment contract - You must have an employment contract for a minimum of 12 months with an employer registered in the Netherlands, and passed the probation period.
- Employer’s statement / werkgeversverklaring (not older than 3 months)
- Copy of payslips for the last 2 months
- Passport copy (resident permit alone is not sufficient)
- BRP extract from the municipality where you are currently registered (not older than 3 months)
- BKR extract (not older than 3 months)
For entrepreneurs:
- For entrepreneurs, the company must be registered in the Netherlands.
- Chamber of Commerce registration / KvK registration (minimum 1 year registered)
- Financial statements from the last year (Profit and Loss statement)
- Tax return from the previous year
- Copy of a bank statement with the current address where the income is deposited
- Copy of your passport or a valid ID (please redact your BSN number, social security number)
- BRP extract from the municipality where you are currently registered (not older than 3 months)
- BKR extract (not older than 3 months)

**Please note employment contracts that are still within the probation period are unfortunately not accepted. You must have completed your probation. Employment contracts that start in the future are also not accepted.
***Please note that it is not possible to transfer from Our Domain Diemen extended or Our Campus to a Short Stay unit, nor from Short Stay to Our Domain Diemen or Our Campus. This policy also applies to tenants who previously held a contract with us.
