*Finishing for all apartments includes wall covering, flooring, curtain rails and picture rails. Specific finishing charge amount varies by apartment size, the actual amount will be specified in the rental contract.

**The Furniture pack varies per apartment type (if applicable). The specific furniture pack charge amount is specified in the rental contract.

***Recoverable Service Costs include items such as security, maintenance, cleaning common areas, utilities common areas, electricity and water of your apartment. These costs are charged as a monthly advance and will be settled each year (or upon move-out) based on the actual incurred costs.

The Recoverable Service Costs exclude advances for individual apartment heating. Tenants will need contract city heating individually with provider Eteck upon move in (future residents will be informed on this procedure). Average monthly costs are estimated at +/- € 85.

****Services include Service Desk, MyPuP parcel lockers, Fitness, Use of community Amenities, Internet & TV. These costs are not subject to settlement.

One-time fees:

• Application fee: €100
  At the beginning of the application process, we will require you to pay an application fee and provide us with the correct documents for us to assess your application. If you meet the tenant requirements and have provided all forms and signed the rental contract, we will refund this application fee by deducting it from the first month's rent. If you do not meet the qualification criteria, or later in the process, you decide to cancel your application, the application fee will not be refunded.
