Additional monthly service charges for an extra occupant: € 61.15

* Finishing for all apartments includes flooring & wall covering. Specific finishing charge amount varies by apartment size, the actual amount will be specified in the rental contract.

** Recoverable Service Costs include advance contributions for electricity, water, and high-speed internet in your apartment. Also included are advance contributions for shared services and facilities such as security, cleaning common areas, utilities of common areas, Wi-Fi in the common areas, glass insurance, preventive maintenance, maintenance outside areas and administration costs. All these costs are charged as a monthly advance and will be settled each year (or upon move-out) based on the actual incurred costs. Please note that the Recoverable Service Costs exclude advances for individual apartment heating. Tenants will need contract city heating individually with provider Eteck upon move in (future residents will be informed on this procedure). On average, the costs for Eteck in East House are approximately €77,- a month. For North and West House this is approximately €77,- a month for an apartment smaller than 60m2 and €95,- for an apartment bigger than 60m2.

• Application fee: €100

At the beginning of the application process you will be charged an application fee. You have to provide us with the correct documents for us to assess your application. If you meet the tenant requirements, have provided all forms, and signed the rental contract, we will refund this application fee by deducting it from the first month's rent. If you do not meet the qualification criteria, or later in the process you decide to cancel your application, we will not refund the application fee.
